Our Mission

The CSCMP South Florida Roundtable exists to connect, educate, and inspire supply chain professionals across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and the greater South Florida region. We provide a platform for executives, practitioners, students, and partners to build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, and advance best practices in supply chain management.

Through engaging programs, thought leadership, and community collaboration, we aim to:

Foster professional growth and career development for members at every stage.
Serve as a hub for innovation, education, and training in logistics and supply chain.
Build bridges between business, academia, and the next generation of leaders.
Strengthen South Florida’s role as a global gateway for trade and commerce.

Together, we are shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-looking supply chain community for South Florida.

Our Board

Adam Basson

President

Adam Basson is the founder and CEO of FlexChain Holdings, where he helps brands cut supply-chain costs through planning, analytics, and freight optimization. As President of CSCMP’s South Florida Roundtable, he leads efforts to connect, educate, and advance the region’s logistics community. Adam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is passionate about bridging strategy and execution to deliver practical, high-impact results.

Joe Bozzo

VP of Membership

Joe Bozzo is a seasoned professional with expertise in sales leadership, supply chain, and strategy, known for driving growth through strong business relationships. As Vice President of Membership of the CSCMP South Florida Roundtable, he focuses on growing and engaging the member community. Joe holds an MBA and serves as a Sales Director at Blue Yonder. He is passionate about creating value for members through meaningful connections that strengthen South Florida’s logistics network.

Megan Smith

VP of Programs

Megan Smith is the founder and CEO of PACKgistics (PACK), a logistics company with a focus on distribution, warehousing, and light manufacturing. As Vice President of Programs of the CSCMP South Florida Roundtable, she curates events that highlight innovation and industry best practices. Megan holds a B.A. in Business Management and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management. Recognized as a Top 100 Woman in Supply Chain (2022–23) and Titan CEO honoree, she is dedicated to mentoring and building the next generation of supply chain leaders.

Richard Richardson

Secretary, Head of Marketing

Richard Richardson is a business and marketing consultant (RicheRich) with deep experience as a 3PL owner-operator in distribution and logistics. As Secretary of the CSCMP South Florida Roundtable, he brings organizational leadership and industry insight, supporting governance and collaboration within the community. With a career spanning consulting, marketing, and operations, Richard is passionate about helping companies succeed and fostering connections across South Florida’s logistics ecosystem.

Rafael Vasquez

Treasurer

Rafael Vasquez is a supply chain leader specializing in design, analytics, and technology. As Global Head of Supply Chain Alliances & Partner Ecosystem at Coupa, he leverages data to drive efficiency, resilience, and strategic collaboration across global networks. In his role as Treasurer of the CSCMP South Florida Roundtable, Rafael ensures financial stewardship while supporting programs that blend innovation with practical industry application. He holds a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is passionate about shaping the future of logistics through analytics-driven solutions.
